I've never felt quite so vindicated in my life. It's also another excellent example of "procrastination pays off."That's because Illinois Tollway has just announced it will automatically send new I-PASS stickers to customers using the old plastic transponders. The tollway folks believe the transponders are nearing the end of their battery life and are trying their best to get ahead of it. I know for a fact that they held special events at Driver's License facilities to try and get the ball rolling.
