FREDERICK, Md. (DC News Now) — It’s going to be a big weekend on the basketball court in Frederick. The Flying Cows are hosting The Basketball League (TBL) All-Star Weekend. “Our goal is for people to be entertained and involved at all times,” said Chris Jenkins, Frederick Flying Cow’s General Manager. Top-tier players from across the country will be in Frederick for the two-day event. Jenkins said the organization is excited to host the in its second year in the league.

The trail started on April 4 and stretched from Union Station, through NoMa, Eckington and Brookland. It features 12 bars and breweries for participants to explore. Maura Brophy, President and CEO of NoMa BID, stopped by our DC News Now studio and shared that they are ready for this season.
