Matt Kibbe recently joined Will Cain on Fox to discuss proposed legislation to divest or outright ban TikTok. Like almost everything Congress does these days, this ill advised legislation is not what is advertised, but is in fact a blank check on Presidential power to censor or shut down social media platforms that become politically inconvenient.

The skies were in a moody dance leading up to this year's Oceans Calling Music Festival, and storms were threatening the coast. After last year's cancellation due to a storm, this left festival goers uneasy. The festival was one weekend off from getting ruined again by a storm, Ophelia, which would have been quite ironic given that The Lumineers were a headlining act. However, Mother Nature heard the cries of the music fans yearning for one final hurrah in the 2023 festival season.
