A man shot and killed them inside the SunTrust bank in Sebring.  Now, a jury will decide whether their confessed killer will get the death penalty or spend the rest of his life in prison. A picture taken just hours before Tracy Fox’s life changed forever. “Laying there on the pavement, I remember saying to the people around me, Did this really just happen? Didn’t I have the light?
