Tia- Clair Toomey-Orr announced in a video on Tuesday, June 24, that she will compete at the 2025 CrossFit Games. Remind me: The Australian CrossFit phenom qualified for the Games earlier this year with a win at the Torian Pro In-Person Qualifying Event. She did not immediately accept her invite to the Games, however, and left the window open for several weeks as to whether she would compete in Albany or not.

On June 14, Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr withdrew from the 2025 HYROX World Championships Pro Doubles Elite 15 race due to health concerns raised by her partner Joanna Wietrzyk. Toomey-Orr further explained her decision in a new video posted on her YouTube channel on Friday, June 20. Remind me: Toomey-Orr and Wietrzyk were slated to do well in the Elite 15 Pro Doubles race after winning the Pro Women’s Doubles race in Houston and setting a new world record.

Chad has always wanted to start a class for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, and last year, he launched a Uniquely Abled Fitness program at his gym in Fairfax, VA, to serve his son and many others. “I realized there’s really nothing in our area that specifically serves that population for fitness and teaching them the basics and giving them access to the benefits of fitness,” Ciri tells Morning Chalk Up in an interview.
