ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – A cold front moving through the Upper Mississippi Valley is producing moderate to heavy rain and pulling in cool air from the Plains. Smoky air from Canadian wildfires is also pouring into the region behind the front, adding to our air quality concerns. Our area is currently in the RED range, indicating an unhealthy condition for all people, the worst air quality category we’ve experienced in two years.
