KTTC is a television station that broadcasts on virtual and VHF digital channel 10, affiliated with both NBC and CW+. It is based in Rochester, Minnesota, and serves the regions of Southeastern Minnesota and Northeastern Iowa. The station is owned by Gray Television, which is headquartered in Atlanta. Additionally, KTTC operates alongside the Fox affiliate KXLT-TV (channel 47), which is also licensed to Rochester, through a shared services agreement with SagamoreHill Broadcasting. Both stations have their studios located on Bandel Road Northwest in Rochester, right off US 52. They also have an advertising sales office situated on Lakeview Drive in Clear Lake, Iowa, which caters to the Mason City area. The transmitter for KTTC is positioned south of Ostrander, Minnesota, close to the line between Fillmore and Mower counties.

    MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The man accused of a fatal stabbing at a Mankato Kwik Trip has been found incompetent to stand trial. Michael Miller, 28, allegedly stabbed 34-year-old Dennis Vosika at the Kwik Trip on Madison Avenue on March 18. Authorities found Vosika unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead with multiple stab wounds. According to court documents, Miller was found incompetent to proceed with the murder case against him due to schizophrenia and intellectual disability.
