Spivey Hall continues its season of jazz performances with the one and only Terence Blanchard Sextet on Saturday, April 26 at 7:30pm. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans native Terence Blanchard created an impassioned, Grammy® Award-winning tour-de-force of anger, rage, compassion, melancholy, and beauty performed by Blanchard’s sextet. To commemorate this tragedy and pay homage to its victims, Blanchard is touring this work in 2025, including this performance at Spivey Hall.
