ResultsWe crossed a previously generated Stxbp1tm1a/+ mouse (Chen et al., 2020) with a Flp recombinase germline deleter mouse to create a new Stxbp1 flox allele (tm1c), in which exon 7 is flanked by two loxP sites (Fig. 1A).
