PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The man who was rescued from a 50-foot tree in west Phoenix died from his injuries. Police say 43-year-old Jaime Yepiz died after being transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Phoenix firefighters responded to the area of 67th Avenue and Thomas Road for reports of a tree trimmer stuck in a palm tree. “All hell broke loose,” said Richard Chard, a neighbor.

BUCKEYE, AZ (AZFamily) —Police have identified the man who died in a motorcycle crash in Buckeye on Friday afternoon. The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. on Heritage Street and Lost Creek Drive, near the Verrado Golf Club. Buckeye Police responded to the scene, where Christopher Hummel, a 22-year-old motorcyclist, was the only one involved in the accident. Hummel was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
