Two people were taken to the hospital, one in critical condition, after a three-car collision late Saturday morning on NE 162 Avenue in east Vancouver. Vancouver Fire was dispatched at 11:29 a.m. Saturday to a three-car collision at the intersection of NE 162nd Avenue and NE 7th Street. Firefighters arrived to find all three vehicles had sustained major damage - a minivan and two small sedans.

Dalton Woods drove home Ryker Ruelas with a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 11th innings, lifting Seton Catholic to a 5-4 non-league win over Prairie on Saturday at Mountain View High School. The Cougars rallied from a 4-0 deficit in the fourth inning by scoring twice in the fifth, once in the sixth and once in the seventh to force extra innings. In the seventh, Woods opened with a single, stole second and took third on a balk.
