Rowland has steered the ERQ since its inception in 2013, in partnership with Gordon Kaiser until Gordon’s untimely death last year, and since then alone. Over the past 11 years of his service, he has offered insightful analysis, creative thinking, and a rigorous and professional editorial pen.
