DANSVILLE — Noyes Memorial Hospital, 111 Clara Barton St., is planning expansion projects that could approach $20 million as it seeks to become a regional hub for patients who would no longer have to drive to Rochester for intensive care, joint replacements and other procedures. The projects being developed include a new ambulatory clinical services building and a new CT scanner. The ambulatory building comes with a price tag of about $15 or $16 million.
