Did you see the recent story about the local fishing charter captain who became enraged and bullied an innocent 22-year-old fisherman he came upon? The story and video were recently plastered all over social media, and the Herald-Tribune covered it as well. In case you missed the story, the 40-year-old captain became emotionally unregulated and mistakenly bullied the younger fisherman.
