LOCKPORT, NY (WIVB) – A Niagara County deputy is accused of slashing someone’s tire and could be arrested by police. Rep. William Collins, who is up for re-election Tuesday, faces one count of criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor. It’s an incident that was captured on video and first reported by News 4. Roy Hamilton, who says it was his truck that was destroyed in the incident, called lawmaker Collins a “coward.” He is seeking compensation for damage to his truck and loss of earnings.

ORCHARD PARK, NY (WIVB) — A die-hard Bills fan from Arizona thought he had won a great prize playing the team’s “Predict the Bills” game — until he found out he couldn’t win. The game can be found on the Bills app where fans can predict the outcome of the game including player stats. Keith Davis won the prize – two tickets to the Bills home game in a couple of weeks – but it was all for naught. The weird thing is that Davis has won Predict the Bills twice.
