Johnston native Peyton Williams has earned the nickname "The Iowa Meat Truck."Williams is known for his prodigious power hitting. He hit 16 home runs as a Johnston senior. Williams, who also played for the Iowa Hawkeyes, is a member of the Toronto Blue Jays organization. CLEAR LAKE – Iowa State women's basketball incoming freshman Reese Beaty has yet to move to Ames to begin her Cyclones career. But coach Bill Fennelly already expects her to be a factor for the Cyclones when she does. “She’s going to come in and she’s going to compete,” Fennelly said during Iowa State’s Tailgate Tour stop at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake on May 21.
