    CASPER, Wyo. — USA BMX will host a free registration day on June 7 for Casper area residents interested in bike racing. The registration event is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. at Mike Sedar Park. Interested families will be able to get a taste of what USA BMX offers, which includes regular practices, races and more. First-timers can borrow a loaner bike and helmet, or bring their own, and take a spin on the track to get a taste of what BMX riding entails. All participants will receive a certificate.

    CASPER, Wyo. — Casper Area Transit’s Beech Street transfer station will be temporarily relocated to the old Commissary Mall at 2nd Street and Kimball Street June 2-9 for NIC Fest, the city announced Thursday. The Beech Street transfer station will close at 6:30 a.m. on June 2, and will reopen at 10:30 a.m. on June 9. This temporary relocation is due to the closure of Beech Street between Collins Drive and 2nd Street for the Nicolaysen Art Museum’s NIC Fest.

    MILLS, Wyo. — In Mills, residents share their ZIP code with parts of Casper, Bar Nunn and Alcova. Now, the Natrona County city is seeking its own ZIP code with the goal of improving mail delivery and other services. Mayor Leah Juarez said lost packages and postal service confusion are common in Mills. Most Mills residents have P.O. boxes because there is no home mail delivery, and the Mills post office has a ZIP code of 82644.

    CASPER, Wyo. — With successful stores on the east and west sides of Natrona County, local vape shop Dr. Chronic’s Concentrates and Vapes will soon celebrate the grand opening of a new store in Casper. It will be located at 840 CY Avenue, the former home of the Backdoor Lounge. Dr. Chronic’s began as a Casper-based business roughly three years ago before relocating to Evansville in 2023.

So fucking dumb, and I say that as someone who considers spring breakers one of my 20 or so favorite films ever. Spring breakers is not “about” its own characters, but the ideas they represent. A sequel will be redundant at best and ideologically bankrupt at worst
