U.S. District Judge Alan Albright’s order instructs McLennan County officials to take immediate steps to transfer Nicolas Jaimes-Hernandez to a state mental hospital for treatment. Albright set a May 16 status hearing in the case.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Central Texas man who sent and received at least eight images of child pornography last year was sentenced to 20 years in prison Friday. Kolton Wade Kellum, 28, a former Texas Farm Bureau employee, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography Friday in a plea agreement with the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office.

Nichole Ann Green, 25, a three-time convicted felon, pleaded guilty to an enhanced murder charge, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine in a plea bargain with the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office that called for her to be sentenced to 40 years in prison on each of the three counts.
