Street flooding and poor travel will be the mainstays of this seventh spring wet weather whirlpool. By the time the rain ends, another inch or more of water will have fallen. That will bring the monthly rainfall to between 5 and 7 inches. Tonight after a pleasant evening, fair and mild. Patchy fog at dawn. low 60.
