BOULDER, Colo. (KOAA) — The man at the center of a suspected terror attack in Colorado is from El Paso County, according to the FBI. The alleged attack was carried out in Boulder on Sunday during a pro-Israel demonstration along the Pearl Street Mall. Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn said the department began receiving calls just before 1:30 p.m. Sunday about a man with a weapon setting people on fire outside the county courthouse.

United Food and Commercial Workers International Union Local 7 is continuing a battle between Safeway and King Soopers in Colorado. Friday and Saturday night, union members at Safeway stores in Pueblo, Fountain and other parts of Colorado are scheduled to take part in a strike vote. If approved, the union has to give a 72-hour notice before striking, meaning one could occur as early as next week.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KOAA) — When people turn their radio to 97.7 in the Colorado Springs area, they're listening to a cadet-run radio station. Known as the "Voice of the Academy," the station broadcasts over FM radio as KAFA and around the world online here. The station typically plays Alternative Rock and provides exclusive coverage of Falcon sporting events, academic events and graduation. Sixteen DJs made up the Broadcast Club this past semester, including three seniors.
