I am writing to you not just as a deeply concerned parent but as the voice of countless other parents in our community who are growing increasingly frustrated and fearful for the safety of our children within the Natrona County School District. The recent incidents, coupled with the repeated failure of both NCSD and the Casper Police Department to take credible threats seriously, have left us with no choice but to speak out. We have witnessed ongoing, legitimate threats to our children’s safety.
