    PHNOM PENH – Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn has sent a letter to his Thai counterpart Maris Sangiamponsa, urging the Thai government to consider joining Cambodia in referring the latest border disputes to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) as bilateral talk may no longer suffice to come up with a lasting solution.
