If you haven't been keeping up with the saga of Jamey Noel, and there's a lot, he's a former southern Indiana sheriff who abused his power to live a lavish lifestyle. While leading his department, the Clark County Sheriff's Office, and a non-profit that provides fire and EMS services to several area governments, he misused millions of public tax dollars on himself, family and friends.
