The top tight end prospect from the state of Maryland has put the Terrapins in his final three. Three-star TE Javonte Williams named Maryland, Pitt, and NC State as his finalists. The Potomac (MD) Bullis is a 6-foot-4, 220-pound playmaker. He is ranked as the No. 426 player in the country and the No. 20 TE overall in the '26 class. Williams took official visits to all three programs.

Three-star edge rusher Jianni Davis -- son of former Maryland great Vernon Davis -- made a social media post a few days ago saying he had a big announcement coming. While we don't know when that is going to happen, it appears the Terrapins are closing in on landing the major legacy recruit. 247Sports' Jeff Ermann placed a Crystal Ball with a confidence level of '8' in favor of Maryland landing Davis. Davis, the 6-foot1, 230-pound edge rusher, was promoted to three-star status not too long ago.

Michigan basketball had one player selected in the 2025 NBA Draft. Hybrid big man Danny Wolf heard his name called at No. 27 overall to the Brooklyn Nets. Now that the '25 NBA Draft is in the rearview, analysts are already looking ahead to the 2026 NBA Draft.

When Michigan landed its 12th commitment in the 2026 recruiting cycle, it was in a fascinating way. Columbus (OH) St. Francis de Sales RB Jonathan Brown, the 'low-key' prospect, pledged his commitment on social media to Michigan on June 22: at 12:07am. But not only was it a post-midnight commitment, but Brown wasn't on many people's radar. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound running back was offered by Michigan three days before he announced his intentions of playing for the Wolverines.
