As the No. 8 pick in the 2025 NBA draft, how should Egor Demin be viewed? What sort of expectations should be had for the Russian teen? The placement of his selection, in theory, suggests he could be considered a future star for the Brooklyn Nets. After all, he was a top-10 pick and whether fair or not, top-10 selections often have the weight of "future star" expectations put on them.

One more pick. Barring any trades, the Utah Jazz have one more opportunity to add talent to their team via the 2025 NBA draft, during Thursday night's second round. The Jazz have the No. 53 pick in the second round. Here's who experts think the Jazz will take with it. Amari Williams, C, Kentucky, senior Jonathan Givony connects the Jazz and Williams, a 7-feet, 262 pound prospect with a compelling wingspan (7-foot-6).

How did the Utah Jazz do? The first round of the 2025 NBA draft was Wednesday night and the Jazz made two selections: Ace Bailey with the No. 5 pick. Walker Clayton with the No. 18 pick. The Jazz are three years (going on four) into a teardown-turned-rebuild and in desperate need of young players with star potential. Did they find them in Bailey and/or Clayton? Here are what national pundits thoughts about the Jazz's first round picks.

Sarah told me that she picked Utah (as a preferred walk-on) because she wanted to come home. Thanks at least in part to the House settlement, she gets a scholarship for her last year.

𝙎𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙩. This week, Sarah was awarded a full scholarship for her senior year! ❤️ Sarah leads with grace, grit, and gratitude—always the first to lift others up and never one to ask for credit. She defines what it means to be a Red Rock, on and off the floor. https://t.co/ucVt0tvSYU
