For the boys, there's an aspiration to extend their season by at least one round, while the girls are focused on developing and continuing to improve with their youthful bunch. (Corydon) -- The Wayne girls track & field team will host a Class 1A State Qualifying Meet on Thursday night. For the Falcons, it will be one more chance to showcase their season-long growth while also trying to secure spots in the Class 1A State Meet. (Missouri Valley) -- The Missouri Valley girls soccer team is playing its best soccer of the year -- and perhaps ever -- right now, thanks to the brilliance of senior Devon Koyle. "It's been a really good season," Koyle said. "We tied the school records for wins already. We're hoping to get at least one more so we can break that record. We have a lot of newcomers that have really helped the team.
