    (Council Bluffs) -- Pottawattamie County officials have voted to uphold their previous decision to terminate the county engineer's contract. During a special meeting Monday, the county board of supervisors held a grievance hearing requested by John Rasmussen, whose contract was not renewed by a 3-2 vote late last month. The supervisors had also voted to place Rasmussen on administrative leave until June 30th and advertise for the position.
