A Delhi man was arrested on Thursday after he turned himself in to police for his alleged involvement in a shooting, according to the Turlock Police Department. Eric Martinez, 25, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, child endangerment, felon in possession of a weapon, felon in possession of ammunition and evading a police officer.
