BOULDER – Colorado men's basketball, preparing for a trip of a lifetime, has added a marquee opponent to its travel itinerary. The Buffaloes are set to play the Australian Boomers, Australia's Men's National Team, on July 31 at the Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre during Colorado's foreign tour, which runs from July 23 through Aug. 5.

BOULDER – Home games with historic rivals in Kansas and Arizona highlight Colorado's 2025-26 Big 12 Conference schedule as the league released its entire men's basketball match-up matrix on Thursday. Big 12 teams will play 18 conference games, two fewer than last season, broken down by home-and-home series with three opponents and single games with the other 12: six home and six away. Opponents were selected to achieve the best balance of the schedule in terms of travel and competitiveness.

BOULDER – The University of Colorado men's basketball team has scheduled a trip to Australia from July 23 to August 5. Allowed every four years by the NCAA, the Buffaloes will play four exhibition games during their time overseas. Game dates, times, and opponents will be released at a later date. In addition, Colorado is allowed 10 practice sessions leading up to the trip. Those practices will begin later this month and will be spread out over the next six weeks ahead of the foreign tour.

BOULDER – Maya McVey has signed a Financial Aid Agreement to join the University of Colorado women's golf team for the 2025-26 season, head coach Madeleine Sheils announced on Thursday. McVey, a native of Blue Springs, Mo., comes to Colorado after two fantastic seasons at Central Missouri. She helped the Jennies to a runner-up finish at the 2025 NCAA Division II Championship.
