The Vols offered a scholarship to him on May 22. The 6-foot-4, 180-pound prospect is from Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Utah. 247Sports ranks County as the No. 7 shooting guard in 2026 and No. 2 player in Utah. A 2026 Tennessee football commitment has officially ended his recruitment. Three-star linebacker Braylon Outlaw made his decision to stay with the Vols despite receiving interest from other schools on Thursday. "Thanks to every school, coach and recruiter that has played a part in this journey," Outlaw announced.
