"I am blessed to say that I have just picked up an offer from Vol football," Blair announced. The 6-foot-6, 280-pound prospect is an in-state target from Kirkwood High School in Clarksville, Tennessee. 247Sports ranks Blair as the No. 28 offensive tackle in the class and the No. 9 player in Tennessee.
