Rascal is a cattle dog mix, and Animal Services said he is playful and good with other animals. He is around 1 year old and weighs about 25 pounds. WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Just as temperatures rise, Castaway Cove Waterparks in Wichita Falls is unveiling a new multi-racer waterslide called the Riptide Racer. The Riptide Racer is made up of four slides next to each other. Competitors are set to go with a starting light at the top, which includes a timer system that can be seen at the finish line. Wichita Falls Mayor Tim Short, along with other city council members, were some of the first to race down the slide.
