Another nice day of weather across the state on this Monday! There is a big temperature range depending on where you live, with a light breeze from the southeast. Highs will be in the upper 60s along the lakefront, with inland spots reaching near 80 degrees. Plenty of sunshine is expected, with only a few afternoon clouds mixing in. A low-pressure system will move north along the Mississippi River today, eventually bringing the chance for a few rain showers by Tuesday morning.

It is a cold start to this Friday, with some areas of frost away from the lake. Hopefully, this is the last time we talk about this until the fall. Lots of sunshine and light winds will help us start to warm up as high pressure sits right overhead. Expect low 60s by the lake and upper 60s inland. There will be plenty of sunshine on Saturday, but an isolated shower is possible as a weak front slowly moves across the state. Highs will be well into the 60s lakeside and 70s inland.

Still cool and breezy this morning with temperatures in the 40s and wind chills in the 30s. While winds will not be as strong as yesterday, it will still be a bit gusty today out of the northeast. Outside of just a few clouds this morning, it will be sunny all day long, with highs in the low 50s by the lake and near 60 inland. Clear skies and light winds tonight, with a high-pressure system right overhead, will bring in some chilly temperatures.

Some cooler temperatures and breezy winds return today after a fantastic day yesterday. A cold front is moving across the state this morning. It will be a dry front, but behind it, winds will pick up out of the northeast, bringing gusts as high as 35 mph. Temperatures will be much cooler near the lake in the lower 50s. Inland spots will have a better chance of reaching into the lower 60s. Cooler temperatures continue into Thursday, with highs once again in the low 50s lakeside and low 60s inland.

A few clouds might mix in this morning as a stubborn area of low pressure sits over Lake Erie. With that low pushing further north and east, it will give us lots of sunshine and, more importantly, a breeze from the northwest. That will allow temperatures to climb across southern Wisconsin. A lake breeze will develop late in the afternoon, cooling things down closer to the lake by the evening hours. Highs will hit the upper 60s along the lake, with low 70s inland.
