BUFFALO, N.Y. — A man from Elmira was sentenced on Tuesday for possession of child pornography. Donald Campbell Sr., 62, who was previously convicted under the laws of New York State relating to possession of child pornography, will serve 144 months in prison as a result of the sentence. According to investigators, Campbell possessed a cell phone and an SD card between July 2022 and January 2023 that contained numerous images and videos of child pornography.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of Murder for his role in a fatal 2022 shooting. The Erie County District Attorney's Office says Martinko Jamel Caver, 45, of Buffalo shot and killed 33-year-old George McGee III on September 5, 2022, with an illegal gun on Glenwood Avenue. McGee III was taken to ECMC where he later died due to his injuries.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced Tuesday that a Buffalo man pleaded guilty to a string of charges dating back as early as 2016. Nader Ngoopos (Nike), 25, is charged with "conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and distribute, 500 grams or more of cocaine and 100 grams or more of heroin, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition," according to Trini Ross' office.

LACKAWANNA, N.Y. — A jury unanimously delivered a verdict Tuesday over the joint cases regarding the Bethlehem Steel Fire that took place in November 2016. It was found that both the owner, Great Lakes Industrial Development, LLC, and Industrial Materials Recycling LLC, the tenant were each negligent and that both defendants were guilty of gross negligence.
