Tracking snow chances for the second week of February in central Indiana

It’s Superbowl Sunday and it’s been a cloudy Sunday but that will change tonight. Clouds are expected to decrease with temps falling into the lower 20’s. Monday will feature a decent day with clear skies early on. Clouds are expected to increase in the afternoon. On Tuesday, there is a storm system that is taking a more southerly track for now. It will bring a chance for snow and a wintry mix for southern Indiana.

It was a cold start to the day with lows across the state falling to 0° and wind chills ranging from -5° to -15°. The story will once again be the same with lows falling below 0° and wind chills ranging from -10° to -20°. Several schools have already closed or are on a delay due to the dangerous cold. Temps throughout the day will only climb to the single digits with wind chill below zero all day long.
