Subjects in this multicentre observational study were included within the framework of the COACH Study (Chronic Conditions in Adolescents: Implementation and Evaluation of Patient-centred Collaborative Health Care), a multi-site prospective study aiming to improve mental healthcare utilization among AYA with chronic health conditions in Germany.
