ZusammenfassungDie EU strebt an, den Einsatz von chemisch-synthetischen Pflanzenschutzmitteln und die davon ausgehenden Risiken bis 2030 um 50 % zu reduzieren. Dieser Beitrag analysiert, inwieweit dies ordnungsrechtlich erfolgen kann oder ob in der Rechtswirkungs-Perspektive eher ein Mengensteuerungssystem mit Ähnlichkeit zum EU-Emissionshandel aussichtsreich wäre. Dafür werden konkrete Steuerungsoptionen entwickelt und Voraussetzungen für wirksame Pestizid-Governance analysiert.

This paper presents a virtual-physical testing methodology for the design and dimensioning of a variable-axial structural guide vane manufactured by Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP). Within the context of a jet engine, a validation pyramid based on the building block approach is developed, considering different levels of complexity from coupon- up to system-level. Both virtual and physical sections of the validation pyramd are defined.

Abstract We calculate reflectivities of dynamically compressed water, water-ethanol mixtures, and ammonia at infrared and optical wavelengths with density functional theory and molecular dynamics simulations. The influence of the exchange-correlation functional on the results is examined in detail. Our findings indicate that the consistent use of the HSE hybrid functional reproduces experimental results much better than the commonly used PBE functional.
