BACKGROUND: Taste sensitivity varies between individuals. Several studies describe differences between obese and non-obese subjects concerning their taste perception. The primary analysis of the primary endpoint will be performed by logistic regression with (fixed) factor treatment group (verum, placebo regarding the primary allergen) and the stratification factors primary allergen (hen’s egg, cow’s milk, peanuts, hazelnuts), age group (≤ 2, > 2 years of age), grade of sensitization (low, medium, and high), and planned duration of intervention (< 5, ≥ 5 months).

Gene expression data and corresponding clinical information of glioma patients were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA, http://cancergenome.nih.gov), and Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas (CGGA, http://www.cgga.org.cn). The CGGA encompasses two mRNA sequence databases named CGGA325 and CGGA693, containing 325 and 693 samples, respectively. Bioinformatics analyses were realized with R Language. Survival and survminer R packages were used to conduct Kaplan–Meier (K-M) survival analyses.
