Just a few months earlier, Netflix had given investors a guidance that it expects to gain 2.5 million subscribers in the first quarter. A fairly conservative number.

Vasisht: Basically, the difference between Google Pay and a Phonepe—probably the closest analogy that I can think of—is like the one between Flipkart and Amazon, right? Rohin: Which one is Flipkart? Vasisht: Flipkart is Phonepe and Amazon is Google Pay. If you look at the market shares, it’s pretty much almost the same, right? Flipkart, has a 60% market share in Indian e-commerce and Amazon being 30–40%. Rohin: Why did you say they’re similar?
