The team behind two-Michelin-starred Bermondsey restaurant Trivet are to launch a new concept within the Como Metropolitan London hotel this autumn. Labombe by Trivet is a new partnership between chef Jonny Lake (pictured left) and master sommelier Isa Bal (pictured right), and the five-AA-star Old Park Lane hotel. The wine-forward restaurant will open within the 144-room hotel but have its own dedicated entrance on Old Park Lane.
