Jagran correspondent, Mainpuri. District Judge Sudhir Kumar has sentenced two brothers guilty of killing a farmer on his farm four years ago to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 30,000. The prosecution was represented by DGC Virendra Kumar Mishra. Ramprakash, resident of Hamirpur village of Dannahar police station, was murdered on the night of June 6 when he was lying on his farm.

Jagran correspondent, Khatauli (Muzaffarnagar). Two youths riding a bike were crushed by a truck driver on the Delhi-Dehradun National Highway. In the accident, a young man died on the spot, while his companion was seriously injured. The police have admitted the injured to a private hospital. Angry villagers and relatives blocked traffic on the highway. When the police tried to pick up the dead body, a scuffle broke out among the villagers.

Dialogue partner, Bilhaur. An out of control private ambulance collided with a vehicle going ahead near Bakothi village on Aligarh-Kanpur highway. The young man sitting in the front of the ambulance was seriously injured in the accident. The ambulance driver fled from the spot. Police reached the spot and took the injured youth to CHC. Where after examination the doctors declared the young man dead.

Its income relative to the target for the month of November took Ayodhya to the first position among the top-10 districts of the state.
