A Randallstown woman is reunited with her car, after it was stolen sometime last week. Theresa Williams noticed her Hyundai was gone with she woke up Wednesday morning. She called Baltimore County Police to report it stolen, just after 8 that morning. Later that afternoon, Williams was in a rideshare when she noticed her stolen car, not far from her apartment. "I got picked up in the rideshare, we turn out from my complex and that's when I see my car," said Williams.

Multiple teens were detained after a 79-year-old man was assaulted and carjacked on Thursday afternoon in Baltimore's Northwest District, according to officials. Police said on Nov. 14 around 4:45 p.m., officers went to the 3300 block of Clarks Lane to investigate a call for a carjacking. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a 79-year-old man, who stated that two unidentified, possibly juvenile suspects physically assaulted him. Both suspects took his car keys and drove away in his SUV, police said.

It was a violent last few days involving juveniles being shot across Baltimore. On Monday, a 15-year-old Dunbar High School student was shot three times, during what police say may have been a robbery. On Tuesday night, a 16-year-old was shot in a double shooting in Northeast Baltimore. This past Friday, another 16-year-old was shot in West Baltimore. So far this year, at least 40 juveniles have been shot and injured, and five have been shot and killed.

Baltimore Police are looking for three juveniles who attempted to carjack a 56-year-old female in Highlandtown. Over the last week, juvenile crime has taken a toll on some Baltimore City residents. Tuesday, three juveniles carjacked a female at gunpoint, leading police on a chase, before crashing. Within 24 hours, they were back on the streets, under the supervision of a GPS monitor. Baltimore Police confirm the trio all have previous arrests for stolen vehicles. Wednesday, a 12-year-old and 14-year-old were arrested for an armed robbery of another juvenile.

Fox45 obtained video of an early Wednesday morning shooting in Union Square. It happened around 7:15 a.m. and audio from the video suggested at least 13 shots were fired. According to the video, one car with two people drove alongside another vehicle, at which point the driver and passenger begin shooting back while driving by. A male suspect is then seen getting out of the car and firing more shots towards the other vehicle.

Baltimore police arrested five juveniles Wednesday on charges related to a series of robberies, assaults and a carjacking. Just before noon Wednesday, a call for a carjacking near Johns Hopkins University was put out. A short time later, Baltimore Police spotted the stolen vehicle and gave chase. It crashed into another vehicle at the intersection of Erdman and Belair Road, before the suspects ran from the vehicle. FOX45 News obtained surveillance of the crash and part of the foot chase.

Victims and activists are sounding the alarm on a lack of services provided by the Department of Juvenile Services. "There's no clinical services, there's no inpatient services, there's nothing therapeutic there," said Kinji Scott. Scott took those concerns to Annapolis this past legislative session, but said they fell on the deaf ears of lawmakers. "We have young people with serious problems that we have to address. Why is that so difficult for legislators to get through their heads?" said Scott.
