I’ve never been a big Olympics fanatic like some of my friends are. Frankly, I’m not even much of a sports fan. Perhaps some of the emotion had to do with the fact that I watched the 2024 games in bed, a little delirious, days into COVID isolation, away from my husband and our 5-month-old daughter.
