    VINELAND — Nebius, a Netherlands-based AI infrastructure company, is expanding its operations in the United States with a new data center expected to open in the city this summer, the company said this week. Nebius, which is having its facility custom built, will have a capacity of 300 megawatts, the company said. AI data centers are specialized facilities built to house enough computing power to power the internet and handle the artificial intelligence workload.

    The Atlantic City Arts Foundation screened a documentary on the the city-wide mural campaign Wednesday as part of its winter mixer. The event took place at the Anchor Rock Club in Atlantic City's Orange Loop neighborhood. ACAF Executive Director Michael Atkins said the annual event was an opportunity to highlight the work of local artists, build enthusiasm for the coming year and showcase "an awesome" video on the foundation's journey toward achieving 100 public arts murals across the city.

    Since Tuesday, a serious technical outage has kept us from producing a printed newspaper or e-edition of The Press, and many of you are understandably frustrated.     Neighborhood revitalization projects like those occurring in Atlantic City and Camden's distressed neighborhoods could get a boost under a bill that would increase funding for the state's Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit program by $50 million annually. Senate Bill 3170 passed the Senate Community and Urban Affairs Committee unanimously in early December and awaits review by the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee.
