Is there anything that says "spring has sprung" more than our beautiful azalea bushes? Surely you’ve noticed how they add a splash of color and make living in the Lowcountry a special privilege in the spring. Not so much because it’s the season for giving but because of what appears to be the growth of another issue along with our burgeoning population. For more than 30 years, I’ve lived in West Ashley. We’re exploding right now, in many ways because it’s the only direction left for development.
