Aiden and Sarah Byrne (Image: Jonathan Farber) AIDEN and Sarah Byrne are as much a part of the northern hospitality scene as Cheshire cheese. This hospitality power couple sent 16 years running the much lauded and beloved Church Green in Lymm. Aiden has also worked at London’s The Dorchester and has run a number of Manchester and Cheshire restaurants including Manchester House, which then became Restaurant MCR.
