Although various computational approaches have been proposed for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) annotation, high-quality cell labels are still lacking in single-cell ATAC sequencing (scATAC-seq) data, because of extreme sparsity and inconsistent chromatin accessibility between datasets.
