In patients with radiographically identifiable gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that can be completely surgically resected, preoperative biopsy is deemed unnecessary . At this juncture, the development of a simple and reliable preoperative prediction model is particularly crucial. This study constructed a prediction model for GIST Ki-67 expression based diameter, growth mode, enhancement mode, EVFDM, PLR, and OPNI.
