Nanoparticle-aptamer based cytosensing for the detection of human non-small cell lung cancer cells This study reports a simple and rapid aptamer-based sensor platform designed for the sensitive and selective detection of human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. Under standard conditions, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) remain dispersed and exhibit a characteristic peak at 520 nm.

Abstract:In this study, a red-green dual-emitting fluorescent composite ([email protected]) was constructed by introducing the red-emitting organic fluorescent dye rhodamine B (RhB) into metal-organic frameworks (Tb-MOFs). The sample can be used as a ratiometric fluorescent probe, which not only avoids errors caused by instrument and environmental instability but also has multiple applications in detection.
