MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) - Wednesday marks the 20th anniversary of the Steve Hull Memorial Golf Classic. Each year golfers and friends of the late Steve Hull gather at the Dancing Rabbit Golf Course in Neshoba County to participate in the annual tournament that was originally started to raise scholarship money for the Hull children. Now that Trex and Baleigh hull are college graduates - the tournament continues in Steve’s memory to raise funds for charitable causes close to the committee and family.

MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) - We want to shine some light on a former Jones College standout who played in Super Bowl 58. Javon Kinlaw is a defensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers. He was the fourth former Bobcat to play in a Super Bowl. Following his time at Jones College, Kinlaw transferred to South Carolina, where he became a first round pick in 2020. MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) - One of the hottest shows in the country made a stop in Meridian Saturday night. The Micro Wrestling Federation performed at the Temple Theater in front a near sold out crowd. According to their website, the Micro Wrestling Federation is a full-scale, WWE type event with an entire cast under five feet tall. The Federation is based out of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and has amassed over a million followers on TikTok.
